Travelling around Belgium and the rest of Europe to play Ultimate is cool and fun.
On the other hand by travelling by car (or plane) we pollute the fresh air in which we love to play our favourite game.
Feeling bad about this we searched for a way to compensate our CO2 emission and more important to reduce the CO2 emission made by us.

Looking on the internet learned us that there are companies and NGO's where you can calculate your CO2 emission and buy trees to compensate your emission.
Those trees are planted by the NGO or the companie.
That seemed a good idea but it would be cooler if we could see the tree grow, sit in its shadow when the sun is shining or shelter under its branches for the rain.
So we went to the city council with the idea of planting some trees in Hasselt.
The city council was really enthusiastic and searched a nice spot where we could plant our trees...

We calculated the kilometers we cover during a year (we've only calculated the trips made by car) and calculated how much CO2 emission that produces.
Than we calculated how many trees can compensate this amount of CO2 during their lifetime and so Diabolic Heaven planted 2 trees in the Kapermolen Park in Hasselt.
Now we're working on reducing the amount of CO2 emission.
We're doing this by stimulating cycling to trainings, everybody who comes most of the time by bike gets a free disc, shirt,…
